Fit Kids

Fit Kids provides opportunities for underserved children to lead healthy, active lives through high quality youth fitness programs and nutrition tips.

Serves 6th, 7th and 8th grade students from East Palo Alto and emphasizes self-discipline, respect, and individualized attention to help students master core subjects and prepare for high school.

The 49ers Foundation supports development programs for under-served youth that keep them, “Safe, On Track, and In School. The San Francisco 49ers are promoting RESPECT for schools and community by donating a significant portion of the foundation’s funding toward family violence prevention programs and activities that teach youth leadership and respect.

Provides funding for a diverse range of programs designed to inspire and embrace the hopes and dreams of children and adolescents.

Giants Community Fund

The Giants Community Fund collaborates with the San Francisco Giants by using baseball as a forum to encourage underserved youth and their families to live healthy, productive lives. The Fund supports Junior Giants leagues throughout Northern California, Nevada and Oregon and provides assistance to targeted community initiatives in the areas of Education, Health and Violence Prevention.

The San Jose Earthquakes Community Fund facilitates and supports programs that produce positive change for children and families in our community with an emphasis in health and fitness. We strive to cultivate the game of soccer within the diverse communities of the Bay Area and promote unity through sport.

The Sharks Foundation

The Sharks Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the lives of underserved youth and families in the community with an emphasis in the areas of education, health and safety, and character development. The Foundation supplies emergency aid when appropriate, executes unique and relevant programming, supports the advancement of youth hockey, and provides financial support and resources to organizations that enrich the lives of those in need.

Raphael House

Established as the first shelter in Northern California for families experiencing homelessness, Raphael House assists children and their parents achieve stable housing and financial independence while strengthening family bonds and personal dignity. We work with parents, children and the whole family unit to lay the foundations for a lifetime of healthy development, achievement and stability.

Compass Family Services

Compass Family Services helps homeless families and families at imminent risk for homelessness to achieve housing stability, family well-being, and self-sufficiency. Their six programs provide services to more than 5,000 parents and children each year, 50% of whom are under age 18.

Holy Family Day Home

As the oldest early childhood education program in San Francisco, Holy Family Day Home has been a “home away from home” for children of Bay Area parents for more than 100 years. The Day Home provides affordable, high quality early childhood education and family support services for some of the city’s most vulnerable families.

Hidden Villa is a nonprofit educational organization that uses its organic farm, wilderness, and community to teach and provide opportunities to learn about the environment and social justice.
